Valerie is a diversity champion and community builder with over fifteen years of experience advocating for fairness and equity in the workplace. Prior to launching Converge, Valerie served as Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) at Stripe, and helped create the foundational Diversity and Belonging (D&B) program at Airbnb.
Valerie has extensive executive, business and technical recruiting experience at Google, Airbnb, and Russell Reynolds, as well as four years of supply chain and operations experience at Hewlett Packard. She studied industrial and systems engineering at Georgia Tech and holds an MBA from Emory University. She is currently the founder and managing partner at Converge Firm.
