Converge’s Mastermind is focused on providing participants with the support and community needed as DEI practitioners and workplace change agents. We provide essential resources and coaching to help evolve DEI professionals to the next level.
There are no specific prerequisites for the Mastermind, but it is recommended that participants have some prior experience or knowledge in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Mastermind will be led by the team at Converge Firm––Valerie Williams, Liza Katsman, and Alexandria Spiva ––who are experienced consultants, trainers, and experts in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The topics that we cover will be driven by the needs of the community, and include foundational topics such as developing and implementing effective corporate DEI strategies and measuring the impact of DEI initiatives.
The Converge Resource Hub is where the Converge team houses all of our best practices, research, and thought leadership related to workplace inclusion. Mastermind members have access to the hub.
